The original Information Management Corporation (IMC) was co-founded by a pioneer of “big data” analytics with a record of leading the transformation of mainframe data centers and rescuing troubled corporate IT projects; and a former Harvard Business School instructor and Presidential appointee who redesigned FEMA’s telecommunications network and created the first U.S. voter information system.
The original IMC provided a venue for selected corporate, academic, and “think tank” professionals to confidentially perform their personal on-demand engagements. As a result, IMC and its on-demand consultants serviced a diverse collection of government, corporate, non-profit, international, and academic organizations. IMC ceased business development and was dormant from active marketing during 2015 through 2020.
Starting in 2020, the new IMC still retained the original IMC legal entity, was restructured as a functional start-up to succeed in the new virtual environment and commenced rebuilding its core team and recreating its service offerings in 2021.
